Currently Lev-Tek Companies are negotiating or developing the following large utility, industrial and commercial scale projects:

1. Wrangler Energy, LLC

300MW Utility Scale Wind Energy Farm in the state of Texas. Electric energy will be generated from One Hundred Fifty (150) Two Megawatt (2MW) Turbines mounted on Eighty Meter (80m) Towers.

3. Terra Plat, LLC

Residential community development efforts are being launched in Northwest, West and Southern suburban areas of Chicago, Illinois. Our "Green" architect is working with other residential community developers to build LEEDS platinum certified affordable single family and condominium homes in the $160K to $275K range and upscale housing in surrounding areas. Initial requirements to proceed with these projects are being worked out with the Mayors and town councils of affected communities. These projects include manufacturing facilities that will create many white and blue collar jobs. As soon as negotiations are complete we will make a public announcement as to where these projects will be built.

2. Lev-Tek International, LLC

At this time all projects are on hold.

2.1 Plasma Gasification Utility Scale Thermal Waste Destruction Systems (PGWDS) for Municipal Solid Waste, and Specialized Scalable PGWDS Systems for Medical and Hazardous Waste.

2.2 BioFuel
This Cellulose to Ethanol project is projected to produce twenty (20) plus million gallons of fuel per year from non-food feed stock.

2.3 Solar Thermal Collector Manufacturing Facilities
These facilities are designed to produce enough solar thermal collectors per year to generate from one to five gigawatts (1-5GW) of electricity to the grid.

2.4 Hydrogen Manufacture Hydrogen production from unused latent Solar Thermal Collector reserves, and syngas.
